We are committed to meeting your needs and ensuring that you are happy with your stationery purchase. Please contact us immediately if there are any questions or concerns. We will correct any errors caused by us without a fee. We will work with you on a solution if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.  

Proof Process 

We will e-mail you within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed with a proof of your custom invitation or announcement in PDF format. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it within that time-frame. 

We will work with you via e-mail to create the final design that meets your approval.

Lead Times

Custom proofs: 1-3 business days

Standard printing and production time: 6 - 7 business days (after final proof approval)

Sample orders: 2-3 business days


Your order will be sent to production when the proofing process is complete, and you have approved the final proof. Typical production times are 6 - 7 business days, excluding holidays. 

Color Variances

The stationery samples on our website may look slightly different on some computer monitors. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the colors don't match what is displayed on your screen. To ensure the color matches what you expect, we recommend ordering a free sample prior to purchasing. Please contact us if you would like a color change after you receive the sample. We may be able to make the changes depending on the design you choose. Please contact us if you do not like the colors that you chose after you receive the final product. We may be able to reprint them at a discount.  

Cancellations & Returns Policy 

We offer custom proofs to ensure that the finished product is accurate and meets with your approval, prior to printing and shipping your stationery purchase. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once you have given the final approval, since your product will print exactly as shown. Custom stationery is unique to you and cannot be reused, so we are unable to accept returns. This includes wedding invitations, enclosures, save the date cards, baby & bridal shower cards, personalized thank you cards, and envelopes. 

Please check your purchase carefully upon receipt and if any errors are found that need correction, please contact us for a resolution. We will correct any errors caused by us without a fee. 

Cancellations prior to the proofing process is allowed and a full refund will be given. Cancellations during the proofing process and prior to printing is allowed with a small design fee of $25. This fee is to pay for the design time required. Cancellations during the printing process may be possible if the printing can be interrupted in time, with a partial or full refund minus the design fee (depending on the printing status). We are unable to offer a refund if the printing has been completed. Please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellations.
